We review timesheets and site notes, run payroll reports, push the data through to your payroll system and ensure everything flows correctly into Xero.
At month end, we check that all bills have been entered and coded properly. We also compare actual costs against budgets so your forecasts stay reliable. That includes reviewing labour, materials and subcontractor costs to make sure nothing has slipped through the cracks.
