Amanda Chisholm runs a successful residential building company with her husband and has over 20 years of experience working with customers, sales and marketing, bookkeeping and administration. She started My Smart Office with a mission: to help builders, small business owners, and trades navigate the day-to-day complexities of their businesses.


We know you're busy. We've been there too.


Our approach is simple. We’ll work with you to review your business. We'll identify pain points, set priorities, and make a plan to get to work on them. We’ll help you set up effective systems for things like project reconciliation or knowing your business numbers so that you can be confident about where things stand financially. We can even take things off your to-do list and put them on ours, including bookkeeping, payroll and admin tasks like compiling quotes, CCC documentation and maintenance schedule for clients.

Amanda is one of those organised people who manages to keep a lot of balls in the air. Before starting My Smart Office she juggled working a corporate job, running a successful residential building company with her husband, Bryce, and being a mum. She has years of experience helping businesses like yours manage their administration, increase revenue and gain time. Now she can be your virtual assistant and you'll have her expertise in customer communication, sales and marketing, bookkeeping and administration working for your business.

Introducing Mary

Mary has many years work experience in bookkeeping, tax reporting, financial reporting, payroll and customer service. She completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy in the Philippines, a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Accounting at the Auckland University of Technology and is working towards her CAANZ membership (Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand). She’s also a mum to four gorgeous children and has a side hustle cooking charcoal grilled pork barbecue with her husband.
