Pricing for BOOKKEEPING Services
Costs are calculated based on a 12 month term and are tailored to your specific needs
Our Bookkeeping service includes:
Bank account & credit card reconciliations
Loading and coding of supplier invoices to Xero
Receipts coded in Hubdoc & reconciled in Xero (receipts logged by client)
Monthly reconciliation against supplier statements
Review of invoice structure for compliance with CCA 2002
Report run weekly of bill payments due in next 7 days
One-off Client onboarding fee
From $350 for implementation and transfer of important information from you to My Smart Office.
Set-up requirements will vary depending on services to be provided and which client systems are already in place. We will guide you through every step.
Our Flexi option is charged at an hourly rate of $75 + GST.

Pricing for PAYROLL services
Costs are calculated based on a 12 month term and are tailored to your specific needs
Our payroll service includes:
Weekly processing of payroll through electronic system
Run and check electronic timesheet reports
Troubleshoot any queries with team members
Summary sent to business owner for payment
One-off Client onboarding fee
From $280 for implementation and transfer of important information from client to My Smart Office.
Set-up requirements will vary depending on services to be provided and which client systems are already in place.
Note: assumes electronic payroll system implemented which includes Payday filing
Our Flexi option is charged at an hourly rate of $75 + GST.
We recommend our clients use Builda Price or Harvest for time tracking. We are a partner with Smartly, Amanda is a Xero Payroll advisor and we are experienced in a range of payroll systems.
