Smart Bookkeeping service includes:
Bank account & credit card reconciliations
Loading and coding of supplier invoices to Xero (Up to 10/week)
Receipts coded in Hubdoc & reconciled in Xero (receipts logged by client)
Monthly reconciliation against supplier statements
Review of invoice structure for compliance with CCA 2002
ACCelerate Bookkeeping service includes:
Bank account & credit card reconciliations

Assumes electronic timesheets provided, already checked
Up to five employees/contractors
Summary sent to business owner for payment
ACCelerate payroll service includes:
Weekly processing of payroll through electronic system
Run and check electronic timesheet reports
Troubleshoot any queries with team members
Up to five employees/contractors
Summary sent to business owner for payment
Monthly report provided for leave liabilities etc

We recommend our clients use Harvest or Buildertrend for time tracking, and we use Thankyou Payroll so we can process your payroll efficiently.
